If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s)* within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the product total (the shipping cost associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund). Please note that the item must be unopened and unused, and returned in original boxes with the original receipt to ensure full credit. *Books are not eligible for refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at 1-877-BOKUFOOD with your order number. Boku will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner, and we will cover all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange.
